Online appointment booking
The booking calendar is provided by eTermin and embedded on the booking page. When you open it, data is transmitted to the provider and the details you enter (name, email, appointment subject) are processed to arrange your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact by email
If you contact us by email, your details are processed to answer your enquiry and stored for as long as statutory retention rules require.
